Having been on the other side of their negotiating table – both as a literary agent and at the broadcaster Viaplay – I know first-hand how hard-working and creative they all are. From the iconic and commercial successes that Yellow Bird has had over the years, to the highly anticipated upcoming feature “The Girl in the Spider’s Web” and brand-new urban fantasy series “Hidden,” both premiering this fall, it’s a great honor to become part of the company. And with such a strong development slate with numerous projects going into production in the coming months, it feels like the perfect time to join. I look forward to start searching for exciting new content ideas from the all the fantastic storytellers we have in Scandinavia, says Alexia Wennberg.
”I’m very happy to welcome Alexia to be a part of our Yellow Bird team. She is very experienced in the business, with a great network and a good eye for great ideas and projects. Having met her over the years I really appreciate her professionalism. I can’t wait to work alongside her on all the new and exciting projects we have in development and pre-production. 2019 will be the most productive year in Yellow Bird’s history and we have a need for many talented ‘yellow birds’ and she is truly one of those,” says Johannes Jensen, CEO of Yellow Bird.
